REPRESENTATION OF SCS STS OBCS IN GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS

Will the Minister of PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS be pleased to state:-
(a) whether the representation of Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs) at various positions in the Government of India is adequate;
(b) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;
(c) whether the Government has provided/proposes to provide reservation in promotions to SCs and STs;
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor; and
(e) the percentage of SCs,
STs and OBCs in Group A,B,C and D positions in each Ministry/
Departments during the last three years and the current year?
