OBITUARY

                   Comrade N.Balasubramanian former Circle Secretary P3 Tamilnadu Circle who once elected to that post remained as the Chief Executive for a long period up to his retirement passed away today morning. He was fighting unsuccessfully for a number of days in hospital before his illness took away his final breath. Comrade Balu was known to every one as a leader imbibed with fighting qualities without fear. His demise is an irreparable loss to the movement of postal workers. Aiprpa Chq dips its banner in honour of the departed leader comrade NB!

Com. Balu, Ex-Circle Secretary of P3 Tamilnadu passed away today dated 20^th October 2015 after prolonged illness. On behalf of NFPE HQ we convey our heartfelt condolences and dip our red flag and pay Red Salute in his honour.
