NSPC HUB

Creation of "NSPC HUB": CHQ writes to Department on 08.11.10: Under this scheme, Speed post article presently handled by RMS mail offices will be diverted to the new "NSPC HUB". 325 speed post centres handling speed post articles under the new scheme these will be reduced to 90. This is violation of the agreements reached with DG Posts on 12th July and 30th November 2009 with regard to charter of demands on strike notice. CHQ urges to keep the formation of 'NSPC HUB" in abeyance till the issue is discussed with the unions at all level. CHQ Letter to dept. is published in the RMS WORKER Latest issue.
